HID bulbs and ballasts are not created equally. Our HID lighting products use OEM grade HID bulbs and ballasts to ensure the quality and durability of our product. Our HID kits are assembled in high tech ISO and TUV certified facilities. Poor quality HID kits can have failure rates of around 10% right out of the box and potentially last only 1-2 months. Beware of merchants selling low grade HID lighting products that can be a potential fire hazard to your vehicle. Do not compromise your safety when it comes to automotive lighting.

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage on bulbs and ballasts have a Limited Lifetime warranty. Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation, shipping or handling.

Exclusions

Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty. Legal Lights will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability of hid product.

 

 

Repair or Replacement

If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalade. The returned product will be inspected by LegalLights. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at LegalLights option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty.

Packaging & Invoice

In order for your warranty to be valid, you need to save ALL the original packaging of the HID Kit/Bulb packaging along with your invoice stating the date of purchase. If you don't have a copy of the printed invoice or copy of the email invoice, we will honor the warranty if we have your order on file. If you only have the invoice and not the packaging, your warranty will be determine by our inspection department. Please keep your packaging since it is required for warranty exchange.

All claims will be thoroughly considered and you will be contacted promptly with a resolution.

 

 


 

RETURNS

Legal Lights proudly stands behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 7* days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less any shipping expenses that we incurred. The merchandise must be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. Bulbs must be securely packaged and in new unused condition.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted to our Warranty Department within 7 business days after delivery. You must notify Warranty by either e-mail or telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (7) business days.
If the return is the result of our error, please arrange to have the item shipped back to us for review. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs if the return is valid.
If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason we will not be responsible for any additional charges that apply. If you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

We offer our customers 100% satisfaction. If you ordered the wrong bulb size, the wrong item or wish to change your order for any reason we will be happy to assist you. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs and all exchanges must take place within 7 days

Warranty Disclaimer:

No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence or mishandling. all merchandise sold by LegalLights is only subject to manufactures warranty, if any and are subject to submission to the manufacture for approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. no labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims.

 

 

How to Return An item

1. Contact us- Contact us to discuss the problem. You will be told which items need to be sent back and the address to which to ship the items to.
2. Packing your return- Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your reciept and anything else that might be necessary. It always helps to include a note with an expanation and to make any defective items if they exist.
3. Shipping your return- If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item with signature confirmation and insurance to ensure guaranteed delivery. We will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged items in the mail.
4. Receipt of your item- We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been recieved. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-10 business days of our receiving your return.

What is Your Return Policy?

We Guarantee our customers satisfaction in our products and service. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the products to us in their original condition with all original accessories for a full refund minus our shipping costs. No Restocking Fees!

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. NO Exceptions.
We must be notified prior to returning any merchandise.  

PLEASE NOTE:

The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if you decided to return (not exchange) the merchandise.

Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, manuals and accessories.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.
