What is Xenon light?
The xenon bulb is a micro discharge bulb filled with a mixture of noble gases including Xenon. The bulb has no filament as is the case with a halogen lamp. The light is created by striking an arc between 2 electrodes. The xenon lamp needs a starter for quick ignition and an electronic ballast to function properly.

Whiter Light?
While the halogen light appears yellow-ish, LegalLights 10k HID lighting system produces a light that is closer to that of natural sunlight. In most night time driving and/or bad weather situations, this combination of a whiter color and a greater light output allows for a safer and more illuminated drive. The light output spread is far more then compared to a regular stock hologen bulb.

Reduced Power Consumption?
HID lamp systems draw significantly less power from your vehicle's electrical system.

What does our HID CONVERSION KIT include?
Our LegalLights HID Conversion Kits include all necessary materials needed for installation. The Kit will include (2) Direct-Plug HID Bulbs (for perfect installation), (2) Ballasts, (2) Igniters, along with all necessary wiring.

Can I re-install the original halogen bulbs after the HID kit has been installed?
With the growing popularity of leasing vehicles, a big concern is whether or not you can bring the vehicle back to its original factory condition. Our kits install with little or no modifications to your vehicle. If need be, the entire kit can be removed and the original halogen bulbs can be replaced.

This kit can be re-installed into another vehicle that uses the same bulb size. Can I Install the kit myself?
This installation is considered do-it-yourself. While a typical installation takes approximately an hour, it can vary depending on each vehicle. Our kits are ready to install right-out-of-the-box and come complete with everything that you will need. Although, easy to install, we are not responsible for any mishaps in the process.

Why can I not just replace the halogen bulb in my vehicle with HID lamps without having to purchase the entire kit?
Cars use a 12 Volt Electrical System for their headlights. HID systems use over 20,000 volts to ignite our bulbs. For this process to work, with out kits we include ballasts, which allow the HID bulbs to run without a problem. These ballasts are taking in all the necessary energy to keep the HID bulbs running longer than your automobile.

How do I send the payment? How can I make an order?
You may send payment by credit card via PayPal, Credit Card orders over the phone, cashier check/money order, or use your credit card through through our shopping cart. You can make an order by clicking add item and use checkout when you are done shopping.

Do you ship to unconfirmed address using PayPal?
No

Do you ship to different address besides the credit card billing address?
No, We only ship to the credit card billing address to prevent fraud. If you need the product shipped to a different address, you can call your credit card company to add a secondary address.

I do not feel comfortable providing my credit card numbers online. How can I place an order?
You can still place the order using your credit card by calling us at 504-575-8903. Please know the year, make and model of your vehicle with bulb size, and the color of the product you intend to purchase prior calling us to serve you quicker.

What service are used to ship the product?
We use USPS/UPS/FEDEX with insurance to ship our products to customers.

Will I receive a tracking number when the order is shipped?
A tracking number will be emailed to the e-mail address used on the order when the product ships out.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
